theKONSTRUKT staff is what makes the magazine alive - creative, motivated people who have something to say and bring you their most amazing ideas with every issue. We don't have offices or working hours... we just do what we think is fun and interesting for everyone.
Want to be with us? It's easier than you think!
If you're thinking of testing your skills, just think of all those special perks we offer:
- you don't work for us, you work with us. We arent your usual company, more like a group of entousiasts joined together with a specific idea in mind;
- you are in control, and free. Write about what you like, and when you want. No boring hours to spend at the office, no unnecessary pressure, just creativity.
- you get paid. No, really, you get paid. In real Linden Dollars, cash. Wired money transfer, we do our best to reward your effort.
- we make sure you get famous. You write, we publish, everyone reads and here starts your brand new career and the road to the rich and famous.
- you get your picture here, after several submisions. No one can beat that!
Contact Anna Grant in-world or send her an email with a small description of yourself, and maybe a max 500-words essay. Please highlight your SL experience, your ideas and your strong points. No matter whether you're a PhotoShop pro or a Linux fan using emacs, you can be part of a great team!

Anna Grant - Founder, editor. Ambition - to drive the most successful magazine in SL, concentrating on WHY things happen instead of just describing WHAT is going on.

Chaos Venera - Founder, editor and overall totally weird guy. Still has his Commodore64 and Sinclair ZX Spectrum in the cupboard, and yes, they still work! Professional reviewer and publisher, with a tendency to write all kinds of comments that no one reads. PhD in real life in a totally ununderstandable subject.

Tessa Furse - theKONSTRUKT secretary. The most organized person around, able to answer any query or question you might have about the magazine.

My name is Esteban Manen. I’m 29 years old. I discovered SL in what seems to be a fairly unique way. I was on a somewhat ‘adult’ themed website which had a pop up advertisement. It read ‘Dominant men needed’ This caught my interest. I signed up, not expecting very much. Little did I know it would practically change my life!

Olivia Rucker - Second Life journaler speaking what's on her mind mostly to make you think outside of the box. I am 29 and living my SL to the fullest. I've been involved in internet chats for years, but they were always lacking something. Second Life has made up for all of what was missing and more. I look forward to new experiences and meeting new people. If there's a particular topic you want addressed let me know.

Sandi Bainbridge I'm totally addicted to SL for all the wrong reasons: I'm here to have fun, meet people and party!
I know others you meet in SL will tell you that they love to build, or create or do something noble, but I have to be honest - I just love to date!
In additon to writing for The Konstrukt, you might catch me while I'm working as a Dancer - at the Velvet Underground - or see me on posters at Ms B's as I also work as a Model.
